Brilliant service. I took my son's laptop to be repaired as it had a faulty mousepad. The staff were super helpful and they booked my machine in straight away. The repair was done very quickly and I was given a call to come and collect it. Overall, I was very impressed with how friendly, efficient and honest these guys were. There's obviously a reason why they've been around for so long...... Thank you PC Simple...
I was in desperate need for help on my laptop and PC Simple were really helpful, put me as high priority, told me it would be done in 4 days, had it done in 1, gave me a full spoken and written break down of what was done, my laptop is now working perfectly. VERY happy! Price very fair. Will use them again in the future.
